We accept cash payments in local currency (LKR) as well as in Euro. For advance reservations, we will gladly inform you about the options for a deposit via bank transfer.

🕒 What are the check-in and check-out times?

Your room will be ready for you from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 AM. If you arrive earlier or leave later, we can usually find a solution for your luggage upon request.

🚫 What is the cancellation policy?

We know that plans can change. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to postpone your trip. The specific terms and conditions will be sent to you with your booking confirmation.
